Webos CLI

Webos systems provide a CLI (ares) allows to communicate with Webos devices. The CLI must be installed on the PC where the dana app is served.

Caution

Minimal ares version supported by Dana is 1.12.4

Caution

Webos CLI installation folder contains a node binary, likely to cause conflicts with nvm if your $PATH is not correctly setup.

In order to deploy and debug Dana apps on LG Smart TVs, Developer mode must be turned on and both device and PC should be on the same network.
